Sivver may use automated systems and artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools, including third-party AI service providers, to process resumes, profile information, job descriptions, and related materials submitted through the Services.

• Identify relevant skills, certifications, or experience
• Improve platform usability and recruiting workflows

Sivver’s role is limited to facilitating recruiting workflows and professional introductions. Sivver does not make hiring or employment decisions on behalf of employers.

Where third-party AI providers are used to process data on Sivver’s behalf, Sivver seeks to use providers with commercially reasonable privacy and security practices and, where reasonably practical, configurations intended to limit unnecessary retention of submitted data.

However, users should understand that third-party processing services operate under their own systems and policies, and Sivver cannot guarantee the practices, security, or retention behavior of third-party providers.

Users should exercise discretion before uploading sensitive information.

5. Sharing of Information

• With recruiters or employers when users choose to apply, express interest, respond to an invitation, or otherwise participate in recruiting workflows
• With service providers assisting in infrastructure, hosting, analytics, security, communications, AI-assisted processing, or platform operations

We do not knowingly share personal information with data brokers.
