Welcome to Sivver (“Sivver,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Sivver website, platform, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Overview
Sivver provides tools and services related to job discovery, recruiting, candidate profiles, employer outreach, and application workflow management.
Sivver is not an employer, staffing agency, or guarantor of employment outcomes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
By using Sivver, you represent that:
- The information you provide is accurate
- You are authorized to submit any information or materials you upload
- Your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations
3. Accounts
Certain features may require an account.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity occurring under your account
- Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users, employers, recruiters, or the platform.
4. Candidate Profiles and Uploaded Materials
By submitting resumes, profile information, documents, certifications, or other content through Sivver, you grant Sivver a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit that information solely for the purpose of operating the Services.
You retain ownership of your content.
You represent that:
- You have the right to upload the materials
- The materials are accurate to the best of your knowledge
- The materials do not infringe the rights of third parties
5. Recruiter and Employer Content
Recruiters and employers are responsible for:
- The accuracy of job postings
- Compliance with applicable employment laws
- Lawful handling of candidate data
- Maintaining appropriate permissions for any content submitted to the platform
Sivver reserves the right to remove fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or low-quality postings at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate laws or regulations
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download platform data without authorization
- Interfere with platform operation or security
- Impersonate individuals or organizations
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Use the Services for spam, fraud, or deceptive activity
We may investigate and restrict activity that threatens the integrity, reliability, or security of the platform.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Sivver is committed to protecting user privacy and handling personal data responsibly.

Sivver is committed to protecting user privacy, including the right of users to erase personally identifiable information (“PII”) from our systems. The option for a user to request deletion of personal data consistent with the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) is extended to users worldwide, regardless of domicile.
Where applicable, users may request:
- Access to personal data
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of personal data
- Export of personal data
- Restriction of certain processing activities
We strive to apply privacy protections that meet or exceed applicable legal requirements where reasonably practical.

Sivver does not guarantee:
- Employment opportunities
- Hiring outcomes
- Recruiter responses
- Candidate suitability
- Accuracy of third-party content
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sivver and its affiliates, officers, employees, and operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use of the Services
- Inability to access the Services
- Reliance on platform content
- Interactions between users, employers, or recruiters
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sivver’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Sivver, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sivver from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your submitted content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or conduct that creates operational, legal, or security risk.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Sivver operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
